3) Your case will be handled personally by me, not my assistant.
4) Your documents will be drafted by me, not my paralegal.
5) You have a right to speak to me directly, not to my assistant, regarding the case.
6) Your case will be given prompt attention.
7) Your phone calls will be returned promptly.
8) You will be treated in the utmost respect and courtesy.
9) You have a right to explanations in understandable English, not complicated legal talk.
10) Any professional fees will require your approval before work is done.
