OUR ATTORNEYS

   Allen M. Leung, Esq.

Mr. Leung first received his law license in New York in 1996, and began his career in the legal trenches of New York City concentrating on commercial civil litigation. Throughout the course of his work, he noticed that many people have an urgent need for simple asset & estate protection for reasonable legal fees. Furthermore, Mr. Leung observed that many clients interact with paralegals only, and not with their attorneys.

Relocating to sunny Southern California in 2000 to obtain his California license, Mr. Leung has assisted many clients in protecting their wealth through and save taxes through Living Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, and Private Foundations. Although Mr. Leung is also a licensed Patent Attorney, he only focuses on Estate Planning, Asset Protection & Strategic Tax Planning.  Whereas a patent attorney mainly represents corporations, Mr. Leung enjoys the interaction he have with his personal clients.  He also derived great satisfaction from helping clients to protect their family and assets that allow them to have a peace of mind.

Winnie H. Shaio, Esq.

Winnie H. Shiao is a member of the New York Bar, and she focuses on federal laws such as Taxation and Immigration.

In Taxation Law, Ms. Shiao augments the Firm's strong Tax Practice by specializing in a special legal area that many families absolutely need: Financial Aid for College.  With the cost of college (public and private sky-rocketing) rising each year faster than the rate of inflation, few families can afford to pay approximately $30,000 per year for public UC schools, and an astounding $55,000 per year from private colleges.

What is a family supposed to do, especially when they have more than one child?  The answer is: proper tax planning (this answer also applies to other areas of law).  Basically, Tax Planning = Financial Aid.  By using an integrated strategy, and working with your CPA and financial advisors, we can produce the most efficient way for you to pay for your children college education.  Our proven strategy would work even if you own your home and your business.

Many clients usually “eliminate” themselves if they own a home or a business.  However, the financial aid forms (based on tax law) states clearly that you can qualify for financial even if you own those assets.

In Immigration Law, Ms. Shiao focuses on obtaining "green cards" and naturalization for clients.   As for Community Service, Ms. Shiao is active in her daughters’ school PTA as well as being a Board Member in a local swim team.  She regularly dispense pro bono advice on in her legal area f specialty.  On a personal level, Ms. Shiao is sharp and engaging.  She will make the Client is protected.
